Re: Revised Subpoena Forms

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V � 4,

IT IS ORDERED that Form SCCA 254, Subpoena in a Civil Case, and Form SCCA 254F, Subpoena in a Civil Case, both bearing revision dates of 05/2011, are approved for use in the Court of Common Pleas and the Family Court of South Carolina.  All previous versions of these forms are obsolete.

The forms have been revised to require that parties provide their contact information on the subpoena forms. 

These forms shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the 'Forms' link.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
