Re: PROPOSED PARENTING PLAN
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of South Carolina Constitution Article V § 4, and S.C. Code Ann. § 63-15-220 (C),
IT IS ORDERED that SCCA 466 – Proposed Parenting Plan is revised and approved for use in the Family Courts of South Carolina. The previous form approved on August 17, 2012, has been revised to include a Joint Custody option in the Custody section of the form.
