Re: Motion for Case Assignment to the Business Court Pilot Program (SCCA BC Form 101)
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,
IT IS ORDERED that the Motion for Case Assignment to the Business Court Pilot Program (SCCA Form 101) with a revision date of 07/2014 is approved for use in the Circuit Courts of South Carolina. This form supersedes the Motion and Order for Case Assignment to the Business Court Pilot Program (SCCA Form 101) with a revision date of 04/2012.
The form was revised to include the signature of the non-moving party if applicable and to remove the Chief Justice's Order from the form. I will issue a separate order regarding business court assignment.
This form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the ‘Forms’ link.
