27332 - In the Matter of Scott D. Reynolds
This is a disciplinary opinion in which the Court definitely suspends a lawyer.
The Court affirms Appellant William Mark Brockmeyer's convictions for murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, rejecting his constitutional challenges to the trial court's refusal to enforce a subpoena concerning the identity of an internet commenter and the admission of certain evidence at trial.
