ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S. C. CONST. Art. V, 4,
IT IS ORDERED that Form SCCA 221, Order for Competency to Stand Trial Evaluation Pursuant to State v. Blair, bearing a revision date of February 2012, is approved for use in the Circuit Courts of South Carolina and replaces Form SCCA 221 bearing a revision date of November 2007.
It is further Ordered that Form SCCA 222, Order for Criminal Responsibility and Capacity to Conform Evaluation, bearing a revision date of February 2012, is approved for use in the Circuit Courts of South Carolina and replaces Form SCCA 222 bearing a revision date of March 2005.
Forms SCCA 221 and 222 were revised to substitute "intellectual disability" for "mental retardation."
