RE: Uniform Mentoring Plan and Forms for Mandatory Lawyer Mentoring Program

This Court has today adopted Rule 425 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules to establish a permanent mandatory lawyer mentoring program to be administered by the Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. Attached to this order are the following documents:
Uniform Mentoring Plan
New Lawyer Application
Mentor Certification Application
Certificate of Completion
Participation Deferment or Waiver Request
Notification of Completion of Graduate Program
Notification of Completion of Judicial Clerkship
Individual Mentoring Plan
There documents are hereby approved for use with Rule 425.
