Re: Filing Fees for Certificates of Non-Compliance

ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,
The list of Circuit Court Filing Fees is amended to confirm that a party seeking to file a Certificate of Non-Compliance pursuant to a decision of the Resolution of Fee Disputes Board is required to pay a filing fee of $10.
