RE: Confidential Reference List of Redacted Identifiers in Appellate Court Filings (Form 21)

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,

IT IS ORDERED that the Confidential Reference List of Redacted Identifiers Form (Form 21) with a date of 04/15/2014, is approved for use in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals.  

This form was developed to permit parties to present relevant information that has been redacted from appellate court filings as required by this Court's April 15, 2014, Revised Order Concerning Personal Identifying Information and Other Sensitive Information in Appellate Court Filings. A completed form should not be placed in a publicly accessible portion of a file or case management system.

This form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the 'Forms' link.
