RE: Horry County Adult Drug Court Program
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Randy Allen Beverly, Jr., Horry County Probate Court Judge, may preside over the Horry County Adult Drug Court Program. Pursuant to this assignment, Judge Beverly may impose sanctions for violations of the conditions of the Horry County Adult Drug Court Program. Sanctions may include, but are not limited to, public service work, additional treatment, or termination of participation in the Horry County Adult Drug Court Program.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Honorable Charles R. Rhodes, Jr. and Angela D. Harrison, Associate Probate Judges for Horry County, and the Honorable William N. Hutson, Horry County Magistrate Judge, may impose sanctions for violations of the conditions of the Horry County Adult Drug Court Program. Sanctions may include, but are not limited to, public service work, additional treatment, or termination of participation in the Horry County Adult Drug Court Program.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Horry County Adult Drug Court Program Orders dated July 19, 2005 and November 19, 2014 are hereby rescinded.
This order takes effect immediately and remains in effect unless amended or rescinded by the Chief Justice.
