ORDER - Amendments to the Commission’s Regulations for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education for Judges and Active Members of the South Carolina Bar
The Court has amended Appendices C, D, and E to Part IV, SCACR, to make the Appendices consistent with recent amendments to Rules 408, 419, and 504, SCACR.
ORDER - In the Matter of Dallas D. Ball
This is an order reinstating an attorney to the practice of law.

26186 - Buckley v. Shealy

This is an appeal from the family court’s decision in a rule to show cause hearing regarding the compliance with a divorce settlement agreement. We affirm the trial court in part but reverse the decision to award Husband an equitable set-off.

9-25-2006 - Opinions

26209 - Sloan v. SC Board of Physical Therapy Examiners

The Court affirmed the circuit court’s ruling that physical therapists are statutorily prohibited from working as employees of a physician when the physician refers patients to the physical therapist for services.

26210 - Vaughan v. Lyman

Judy Vaughan brought an action against the Town of Lyman alleging it was negligent in failing to maintain the sidewalks located within its jurisdiction causing her injury. Lyman made a motion for summary judgment, which the trial court granted. Vaughan appealed the trial court’s order. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for trial.
