Chief Justice Jean H. Toal will deliver her State of the Judiciary address to the General Assembly on February 24, 2004 at 12:30 p.m.  Her speech will be broadcast live on the Internet  and will be archived for later viewing.  The live broadcast may be accessed from the South Carolina Legislature Online website or the S.C. Educational Television website.
