RE: Order of Appointment

ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,

IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Olin Davie Burgdorf, Orangeburg County Master-In-Equity, be appointed to serve as the interim Calhoun County Master- In-Equity due to the death of the Honorable Thomas Culclasure. This appointment shall be effective as of the date of this order, and shall expire upon further order of the Chief Justice or upon the qualification of a permanent Master-In-Equity for Calhoun County. Judge Burgdorf shall have concurrent jurisdiction in both Calhoun County and Orangeburg County as a Master-in-Equity judge.
