A presentation providing a brief review of legislation passed during the 2003-2004 legislative term that will affect the collection, distribution, and reporting of court generated revenue for the 2004-2005 fiscal year has been posted. This presentation is intended to inform Clerks of Court of these changes, as well as changes from last year that remain in effect for the 2004-2005 fiscal year.
