An article appearing in the Charleston Post and Courier highlights improvements in criminal courts in 25 counties in South Carolina. New laptop computers provided by a grant obtained by the S.C. Department of Probation, Pardon and Parole have provided probation agents with an immediate link to probation and criminal records.
