Congratulations to Richland County Magistrates who completed Case Management Training this week!  Richland County is the latest county in South Carolina to begin implementation of the state's new Case Management System.  The new system is an essential component of the court modernization project currently underway in our state.  Chief Justice Toal was on hand to join in the celebration.
