New Case of the Month Posted

The Case of the Month for October 2006 has been posted. This program is designed to allow South Carolina students to gain a first-hand working knowledge of South Carolina's highest court. Each month streaming video of a case argued before the Supreme Court will be posted. Students will be able to review the briefs submitted for a case and watch the proceedings of the Court.
