Chief Justice Toal has approved  SCCA BC 101, Order for Case Assignment to the Business Courts Pilot Program, for use in the Business Court Pilot Program in Charleston, Richland, and Greenville Counties.  This form shall be used by petitioners to request that their case be designated as a business court case in the pilot program counties.  The form is available on the judicial website at this link.
