O R D E R
The judges of the magistrate and municipal courts of South Carolina being a part of the uniform statewide judicial system, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 4, Article V of the South Carolina Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that no arrest warrant shall issue which describes more than one separate offense and which orders the arrest of more than one defendant.
Failure to fully comply with this Order shall subject the party so failing to penalties as for contempt of court.
