Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, all parties to this action stipulate to the dismissal of Defendant Chem-Nuclear Systems, L.L.C. from this action WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

This Stipulation of  Dismissal shall be, and is, effective only as to Chem-Nuclear Systems, L.L.C. and shall not be construed or interpreted in any way as releasing, dismissing, or otherwise impairing the remaining parties’ rights to pursue this action or their claims.
