This matter comes before the Court as a result of the Plaintiff’s March 23, 2011 Motion to Amend Complaint. On April 4, 2011 the Court issued an Order granting Plaintiff’s motion. As a result, the State of South Carolina has been individually named as a defendant in this action. In order to give the Parties sufficient time to serve and then respond to the amended pleadings, the Court hereby suspends all deadlines set forth in the current Consent Scheduling Order dated January 28, 2011 until further order of the Court. The Court will schedule a status conference within fifteen (15) days following the filing and service of the Plaintiff’s response to any counterclaims interposed by one or more of the defendants, in order to determine how the Scheduling Order must be revised.
