Re: Probate Court Judges Advisory Committee
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V, ยง4,
IT IS ORDERED THAT the Honorable William D. All, III, is hereby appointed to replace and complete the unexpired At-Large term of the Honorable Kenneth E. Johns, Jr., on the Probate Court Judges Advisory Committee. The unexpired term shall end October 31, 2017.
The provisions of this Order are effective immediately and shall remain in effect unless amended by subsequent Order of the Chief Justice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
