Re: Sumter County Master-in-Equity Authority
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S. C. CONST. Art. V, ยง 4,
The Honorable Stephen Bryan Doby, Lee County Master-in-Equity, is hereby granted authority to hear cases, issue orders, and authorize and execute documents relating to the Sumter County Master-in-Equity Court beginning March 1, 2018 until the Honorable Richard L. Booth resumes the duties of that office or until further Order of this Court.
The Honorable Stephen Bryan Doby shall have all rights, powers, duties, responsibilities and judicial immunity of the Sumter County Master-in-Equity pursuant to the laws of South Carolina. Judge Doby may continue to serve as Master-in-Equity in Lee County.
This order is effective March 1, 2018.
