ORDER
By Order dated March 3, 2017, all asbestosis and asbestos litigation filed within the state court system was assigned to the Honorable Jean Hoefer Toal. I find that it is no longer necessary to assign all such matters to a single judge. Now therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that all asbestosis and asbestos litigation filed within the state court system subsequent to the date of this order shall be processed in the same manner as other civil cases. The Honorable Jean Hoefer Toal shall continue to have exclusive jurisdiction over all such previously filed matters to which she is already assigned.
This order supersedes the previous asbestosis and asbestos order dated March 3, 2017.
