Re: Ninth Circuit Veterans Court Program
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Tamara C. Curry, Associate Judge of Probate for Charleston County, may preside over the Ninth Circuit Veterans Court in the absence of Judge Irvin G. Condon and Judge Peter A. Kouten. Pursuant to this assignment, Judge Curry may preside over guilty pleas, bond hearings, probation revocations, motions, and other proceedings related to the defendants participating in the Veterans Court Program for the Ninth Circuit. Judge Curry may impose sanctions for violations of the conditions of the Veterans Court Program.
This Order takes effect immediately and remains in effect unless amended or rescinded by the Chief Justice.
