Re: Magistrate Court Form Changes
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,
SCCA Form 732, Application for Ejectment (Eviction), SCCA Form 733A, Rule to Vacate or Show Cause (Eviction), and SCCA Form 733B, Instructions for Eviction Hearings, all bearing a revision date of 11/2019, are approved for use in the Magistrate Courts of South Carolina. The forms have been amended to provide technical changes to the Rule to Vacate or Show Cause and Instructions for Eviction Hearings, and to include the amount of past due rent on the Application for Ejectment.
These amended forms will be added to the Statewide Case Management System and made available online at the South Carolina Judicial Branch website at www.sccourts.org/forms.
