ORDER
By opinion dated October 13, 2021, the Court suspended Oconee County Probate Court Judge, Kenneth E. Johns, Jr., for an eighteen-month definite suspension. In re Johns, Op. No. 28064 (S.C. Sup. Ct. filed Oct. 13, 2021) (Howard Adv. Sh. No. 36 at 12).
Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution, I hereby assign Ashley M. Rice, Associate Probate Judge for Oconee County, with the authority to perform all acts, duties, responsibilities, and obligations of the Office of Probate Judge.
This order expires on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
