RE: Horry County Mental Health Court Program
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable William N. Hutson and the Honorable Aaron C. Butler, Horry County Magistrate Judges, may preside over the Horry County Mental Health Court. Pursuant to this assignment, Judge Hutson and Judge Butler may impose sanctions for violations of the conditions of the Horry County Mental Health Court Program. Sanctions may include, but are not limited to, public service work, additional treatment, or termination of participation in the Horry County Mental Health Court Program.
This order takes effect immediately and remains in effect unless amended or rescinded by the Chief Justice. The Horry County Mental Health Court order dated August 5, 2015 is hereby rescinded.
