By opinion dated November 23, 2022, Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months. In re Jacob, 438 S.C. 60, 882 S.E.2d 168 (2022). He has now filed an affidavit requesting reinstatement pursuant to Rule 32 of the Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement, contained in Rule 413 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules.

The request is granted, and Petitioner is hereby reinstated as a regular member of the South Carolina Bar.
