RULE 2
DUTY OF PROBATE JUDGE

Each probate judge has the continuing duty to monitor every matter pending in the probate court and to enforce prompt compliance with all requirements imposed by law upon administrators, executors, guardians and attorneys in the performance of their duties before the probate court.
