In this case, the trial court denied Appellant Martha Banda’s pre-trial motions to suppress evidence and an incriminating statement she gave to police. The trial court subsequently convicted Banda for trafficking in ten grams or more of methamphetamine and sentenced her to four years imprisonment. We affirm.

This original jurisdiction case involves a contractual arrangement entered into by the School District of Colleton County and whether this arrangement is illegal in light of the South Carolina Constitution’s limits on the amount of debt a public school district may incur.12-11-2006 - Orders
