26903 - Earthscapes v. Ulbrich
This case involves an action in which Respondent sought foreclosure of a mechanic's lien, alleging breach of contract, and in the alternative, seeking judgment under quantum meruit.
Defendant appealed the admission of autopsy photographs and videotape recording during the sentencing phase of his capital murder trial. The circuit court found that the evidence did not violate South Carolina Rule of Evidence 403 and did not introduce an arbitrary factor into the proceeding. This Court affirms.12-20-2010 - Opinions
