This opinion imposes a two year suspension on Kenneth B. Massey for providing false or inaccurate information to a tribunal and to disciplinary authorities, and failing to timely respond to a request from disciplinary authorities.

The Court, in this opinion, publicly reprimanded Jeffrey A. Keenan for discontinuing the practice of law without protecting his clients and without reconciling and providing records relating to his trust account at the firm where he had been employed.
