27917 - Commissioners of Public Work v. City of Fountain Inn

After interpreting section 5-7-60 of the South Carolina Code (2004), the Court reverses the decision of the court of appeals and finds the City of Laurens, through its subsidiary the Laurens Commission of Public Works, did not create a designated service area that included Owens Industrial Park.

27918 - In the Matter of Anthony C. Odom

After accepting an Agreement for Discipline by Consent entered into between Respondent and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel in which Respondent admitted his criminal conviction violated Rule 8.4, RPC, Rule 407, SCACR (professional misconduct), the Court disbarred Respondent from the practice of law, retroactive to the date of his interim suspension.

27919 - Ex Parte Ninth Judicial Circuit v. In re Bradley Rowland Marshall

In its original jurisdiction, the Court issued a declaratory judgment deciding that Respondent engaged in the unauthorized practice of law and enjoined him from any further unauthorized practice of law.
