Toni S. Allen was born in 1967 in Union, South Carolina. She is the daughter of Dianne Inman Horne. Toni is a lifelong resident of Union County where she graduated from Union High School. She also graduated from USC-Union with an Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Science.
Judge Allen worked as a probate/deputy clerk for eight years in Union County Probate prior to taking on role of Probate Judge.
