ORDER


The South Carolina Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission has developed instructions and forms which have been compiled in a Self-Represented Litigant Request for Visitation Packet for plaintiffs and defendants.  The purpose of these documents is to provide instructions and forms for people who cannot afford an attorney, but would like to seek visitation.  The documents will be available at courthouses and on the South Carolina Judicial Department website. 

These documents have been submitted to this Court by the Access to Justice Commission for approval.  We hereby approve amended versions of the documents submitted by the Commission, which are attached to this Order.
