Rule Changes Submitted to the General Assembly

Pursuant to Article V, § 4A of the South Carolina Constitution, the following rule changes were submitted to the South Carolina General Assembly on January 31, 2018.

1. An order amending Rule 8 of the South Carolina Court-Annexed Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules.

2. An order amending Rules 207 and 607 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules.

3. An order amending Rules 208, 215, 218, 221, 240, 245, 260, and 267 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules.
