Re: Financial Declaration
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,
IT IS ORDERED that Form SCCA 430, Financial Declaration, bearing a revision date of (4/08), is approved for use in the Family Courts of South Carolina. This form shall be used in accordance with Rule 20, SCRFC. This Order supersedes the administrative order of the Chief Justice dated 9/88.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
