ORDER
Petitioners seek a declaratory judgment in this Court’s original jurisdiction that the South Carolina General Assembly may request, accept, and distribute the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 funds, which the General Assembly included in the 2009-10 General Appropriations Bill (the Budget), and that the Governor must execute the Budget as enacted by the General Assembly.
We accept this matter in our original jurisdiction, dispense with further briefing, and set the matter for oral argument for Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. The time allotted for argument is as follows:
