The Suggested Jury Instructions in Civil and Criminal Cases, included in the Circuit Court Bench Book, are now available on the Judicial Department website.  These instructions, which are updated annually, are merely suggestions and are not required.  They have not been sanctioned or approved by the Supreme Court. Links to these documents can be found on the Legal Community Tab on the home page.
