ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER


Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,

IT IS ORDERED that Form SCCA/BC 101, Motion and Order for Case Assignment in the Business Court Pilot Program, bearing a revision date of 11/2007, is approved for use in the Business Courts Pilot Program of the Circuit Courts of the State of South Carolina.

The form has been amended to require that one party make a motion for the action to be transferred to the Business Court, and the moving party must certify that all parties have been notified of the request. The previous form required that all parties, together, move for the action to be transferred to the Business Court. This form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the ‘Court Forms’ link.
